Ride Cause

Help raise needed funds to provide care and healing for child victims of sexual trauma and sex trafficking. StreetLightUSA’s unique residential program is a safe haven for victims 14-17, empowering them to live a life free of abuse and exploitation.

This ride will raise needed funds to rescue and heal children who have been sexually trafficked. Proceeds will go to StreetLightUSA which specializes in caring for and healing child victims of sex trafficking/exploitation. StreetLightUSA's unique residential program is a safe haven focusing on American girls ages 11-17, enabling them to start a new life. The FBI, police departments, child welfare agencies and judicial systems throughout the country transfer girls to StreetLightUSA's fully-staffed, secure center where the healing process begins.

Nearly all victims have had dysfunctional homes with various kinds of abuse. Over 70% of the child victims were sexually abused prior to being trafficked. The average age of girls entering into sex trafficking is 13. Runaways are very vulnerable to trafficking. Over 2.8 million minors annually run from home and one of three are picked up by pimps within 48 hours.
